This apartment is located in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy, in a 13th century building. The beautiful stone farmhouse has been recently renovated and divided into five nicely furnished apartments. The guests of this house can use the swimming pool for free, the barbecue and the garden. From the swimming pool there is a nice view over the surroundings. The house has a shady garden with furniture, where you can relax far away from urban bustle. There is also a farm on the site where the owner's kiwi plantation grows. The exotic fruits have found fertile grounds here. All guests can help themselves with fresh fruits and vegetables for free.
