Attractions in the area
This old building is located in the ancient city of Modigliana. Excavations have proved that this city dates back to the 1st century BC. The area is ideal for guests who love to take long walks or day trips to discover the natural beauties of this corner of Italy. FAENZA is famous for the International Ceramic Museum and its magnificent neo-classical buildings. At the end of July a traditional horse racing the “Palio” is organized. This contest has already taken place in 1164. The city BRISIGHELLA with its beautiful castles is also known for its medieval festival. The Adriatic coast is just 30km away from the holiday home. Near Settimano there are tennis courts (1 km) and two golf courses (about 20 km away), all easily reachable. Modigliana is also the place to look for delicious aromas and forest products. Truffles, mushrooms, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries are just some examples.
